Calloway lounge chairs
The Calloway Lounge Chair combines robust craftsmanship with inviting comfort. Its solid oak frame is accented with wide Italian leather straps, secured by hand-applied nailheads for a distinctive touch. Generous cushions are upholstered in natural fabric, while gold-capped feet finish the chair with a subtle note of polish.
Responding to a creative brief from a production partner, our client was looking for a collection of dining and lounge chairs with exposed wood frames and mixed material details.
Focusing specifically on the ‘Quiet luxury’ trend our client wanted a final design that looked effortlessly elegant and luxurious. A classic piece of luxury for the home or wellness/hospitality industry with a contemporary twist and produced from natural, tactile materials.
Our team here at PFEIFER designed this chair specifically to the brief of our production partners and we are delighted to see the results. The Calloway Lounge chair has a clean, sculpted frame combining a harmonious mix of natural materials plus understated details like the cutout leather strapping, hand-applied nailheads and metal capped legs. The resulting lounge chair is an elegant, beautifully proportioned, comfortable piece of furniture with a nod to the quiet luxury trend.
